How do I connect to a VPN server?
Tap the power button on the app home screen to connect to the best available server, or go to the Servers tab to choose a specific location.
Why is my connection slow?
VPN connections may be slower than direct connections due to encryption. Try connecting to a server closer to your location, close background apps, or contact support for further help.
Can I use the VPN on multiple devices?
Premium subscriptions allow multiple device connections. Free accounts are usually limited to one device at a time.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel through your device's app store settings (Google Play or App Store). The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Is my data really private?
Yes, we operate under a strict no-logs policy and use strong encryption to protect your data. We do not store your browsing history or connection logs.

Check Connection Status
Open the app and verify that the VPN status shows “Connected”. If not, try reconnecting or switching to another server.
Speed Test
You can test your connection speed using speedtest.net with and without the VPN enabled to compare performance.
Clear App Cache
If you face issues, go to your device settings → Apps → YeCode VPN → Storage, then clear cache (and data if necessary). This will reset the app.
Download Logs
From inside the app, you can export diagnostic logs (if available in the settings) and send them to our support team to help diagnose complex issues.
